WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A SESSION?

All sessions will be facilitated over Zoom, for now. If you have questions, please have them ready to go! I will already be connected and ready to deliver your messages before we sign on. You may see me stop to close my eyes, get centered or write - this is normal and helps me to focus on getting the message through clearly! We will discuss whatever comes through, and I will always be direct and truthful about what I am picking up.

HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO CONNECT WITH MY GUIDES?

I connect to your guides - and other forms of energy - by quieting my mind and listening. It's really that simple, but it is hard to explain. Messages come through for me as a knowing. I can feeling and sometimes see the messages that are coming through - and can translate them for you to understand. Sometimes the message may not resonate in the moment, but I implore you to listen to the reading many times after our session. Sometimes the message takes a bit to fully land in your physical mind.
